Coaching for decisions.
Consulting for implementation.

Private coaching creates space to set priorities and review progress. Consulting defines a specific operational deliverable and a scope for implementation.

Look at the practice as a business

Find the friction.
Choose what to improve.

When the day is full, the same operational problem can keep returning: an inquiry waiting for a reply, work passed between people without a clear owner, or billing tasks pushed into the next week. Consulting starts by understanding how the work moves now.

A focused engagement can examine one process or define a broader onsite review. The proposal identifies the work, preparation, deliverables, and fee before the engagement begins.

Follow the client’s path.

Review how inquiries are received, consultations are scheduled, responsibilities are assigned, and the next steps are communicated. Identify where the experience becomes inconsistent.

Make responsibilities visible.

Discuss who owns recurring tasks, how work is handed off, and how outstanding items are tracked. Look at where a routine, a clearer role, or a different tool could support the team.

Turn a review into priorities.

Define which changes deserve attention first, who will carry them forward, and how progress will be discussed. Hands-on implementation and ongoing follow-up are included when specified in the engagement.

Prepare for a useful conversation

Bring one process
you want to understand.

Describe where work slows down, which tasks repeatedly need your attention, and what you want the practice to do more consistently. For the introductory call, a general description is enough. Detailed materials and system access can be addressed within the agreed scope.
