A clearer client
intake process.

Follow an inquiry through your office and identify where a more consistent process would help.

A prospective client may call, email, or arrive through a referral. What happens afterward depends on the people and processes you put in place. Reviewing that path can reveal unanswered messages, repeated questions, unclear responsibilities, or work that has no owner.

LPOCG can help you examine the business workflow around intake and client communication. The focus is on organizing the experience and identifying where a more consistent process would help.

Walk through one inquiry

  • Who receives the inquiry, and how is it recorded?
  • Who follows up, and how do they know that follow-up is needed?
  • How are consultations scheduled and the next steps explained?
  • Where does responsibility move from one person or system to another?
  • How do you see which inquiries still need a decision?

Bring a description of the process rather than client-identifying information to an introductory call. Detailed document or system review can be addressed within a separately agreed engagement.
