Preparing to present
in the courtroom.
Define a focused rehearsal and feedback engagement around your preparation and delivery.
Trial-preparation coaching offers a setting to practice how you present, organize your preparation, and receive focused feedback. It can be useful for attorneys seeking an outside perspective on delivery or a more deliberate rehearsal process.
This includes women attorneys handling criminal matters, newer advocates developing courtroom confidence, and experienced attorneys who want to refine a particular presentation. The work is tailored to the agreed goal and available preparation time.
Define the work before the session
- Which presentation or preparation task needs attention?
- What would you like feedback on: clarity, organization, pacing, or delivery?
- What materials would need advance review, and how much preparation is involved?
- What timing, follow-up, or onsite support would the engagement require?
A custom proposal identifies the preparation, rehearsal, review, and fee. The attorney retains responsibility for the representation and legal decisions; coaching does not by itself establish a co-counsel or court-appearance arrangement.
